While auctions can happen for abandoned units, we try our best to contact the customer and allow them to move out if they no longer want to rent a storage unit.

We highly recommend disc style locks for all units. These style locks are resistant to attack and are the best choice for self storage units. See an example below. These types of locks are notoriously difficult to break into. You can find them an any local hardware store or Walmart. 

Immediately! After you receive your confirmation email and create an account, you will also get an access code. The unit is all yours! Enjoy :)

Once you select a unit and rent the unit online, you will receive a gate code. This gate code allows you access to the facility. From there, you simply put your lock on your unit and there you go! Again, make sure that you lock your mini storage unit with a disc lock!

Yes, we have 24/7 facility access. 

- 8x10 Storage Units - these are still fairly large units and can easily store the contents of a small apartment. 

- 11x10 Storage Units - similar in size to the 8x10 unit, these units can store plenty. 

- 21x10 Storage Units - these are the "big boys". These units are plenty big and can store patio furniture, grills, several couches, multiple bedroom sets and more. These units are nice if you want a little "room to breath" -that way you don't have to worry about packing your unit too tight.

Take the 21x10 unit and add electric. Now you have more than just a storage unit. You have a workspace perfect for plumbers, electricians, small business, drop-shippers, landscapers and any professional looking for a cozy workspace to call their own.
